Job Description
Reports to the Public Affairs Director.  The Visitor Center Supervisor is a full-time, year round position and is responsible for creating a sense of welcome and hospitality in the Roswell Visitors Center.  Many people from all over the world come to Roswell, New Mexico to learn about and explore its unique tourist attractions.  Often, their first stop is the Roswell Visitors Center where they can learn about the local attractions and activities.  This role becomes an integral part in shaping the knowledge, understanding and appreciation visitors have for Roswell and the Visitors Center.  Essential functions include supervising the Visitor Center Staff, providing superior customer service, advanced administrative functions, and attendance at trade shows and meetings to promote the Roswell brand.
