Research tools like Survey Monkey are free to the public and make it seem like a simple technical matter to field an online survey. However, there are Best Practices that professional survey organizations use to assure a timely and accurate response.  Mr. Cordova and Ms. Howell will present Best Practices to ensure an accurate and timely survey result, including questionnaire design, email survey invitations, timing, sample size, incentives, analysis and interpretation.
